General Boarding

Please view our Reservations page for options.
What is included in the standard boarding fee?
Please view our Services.
Do you offer any discounts for multiple pets or extended stays?
Yes, we offer a $5 discount per night for additional pets from the same household and 10% off to First Responders, Veterans & Active Military, Seniors (70+), and for any reservations 7 and more nights.
What is your cancellation policy?
We usually have a waiting list of people hoping for an opening to get their dogs in, so it’s important that we know about any cancellations with enough advance time to accommodate them. Cancellations made within 7 days of boarding may be subject to a charge equal to 50% of their reservation fee.
Health & Safety
What vaccinations does my pet need to board with you?
For the safety of all our guests, all dogs must be up-to-date on the following vaccinations: Rabies, DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza), and Bordetella (Kennel Cough)]. We also recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine. Cats must be up-to-date on Rabies and FVRCP. Veterinary proof of vaccinations are required; we can call your vet for your pets' vaccination records for you.
My pet has allergies/special dietary/medicine needs. Can you accommodate them?
Absolutely! We are happy to accommodate pets with allergies or special dietary needs. Please provide detailed instructions and bring your pet's medications and supplements in their original packaging.
What if my pet gets sick or injured while boarding?
Your pet's health and safety are our top priority. In the event of illness or injury, we will immediately contact you. If we cannot reach you, we will seek veterinary care at the Vet practice you listed in your account, and will keep you updated on your pet's condition. All veterinary expenses will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
Are your facilities climate-controlled?
Yes, our boarding facilities are fully climate-controlled, ensuring your pet is comfortable regardless of the weather outside.
How do you handle emergencies?
We have a comprehensive emergency plan in place, including at least one staff member always on duty who has been trained in extensive pet CPR. We have also partnered with a local veterinarian to be available if needed.
What to Bring
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
Because a sudden change in your pet's diet can cause stress and upset stomach, we recommend that each pet parent bring enough food for their pet's entire stay with us.
You're also welcome to bring a favorite toy, blanket, or bed to help them feel more at home. Please label all personal items clearly.
Should I bring my pet's medications?
Yes, if your pet requires medication, please bring it clearly labeled with detailed dosage instructions, in their original containers. Our trained staff will administer medications as prescribed.
During Their Stay
How often will my pet be exercised?
During the day, your dog has access to go in and out at will from the inside area to his personal patio. You may add on additional activities; view these activities here. Cats will be brought in a Play Room at least once per day when they are not lounging in their Cat Condos.
Can I check in on my pet while they're boarding?
We understand you'll miss your furry friend! We offer photo add-ons for an extra fee.
